We have an entry level Technician/Mechanic helper position available in
our Minot area service center that is perfect for someone who is
not afraid of hard work and is looking to get their foot in the door of
a company with advancement opportunities. The position is initially
primarily responsible for cleaning and assisting with the maintenance of
equipment, maintaining the shop.
The position is ideal for someone who wants to work with commercial
diesel power generators, commercial chiller, heating, and air
conditioning systems and air compressors.
The desired background for this position includes:
- A vocational education in the repair and maintenance of diesel engines or HVAC systems can provide the best fit for someone possessing:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive enthusiasm and a high energy level
- Embraces and promotes Safety Culture
- Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast paced environment to deliver consistent quality
- Drive for results to achieve standards of excellence and achieve 'step changes' in business results
- Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance
- The ability and willingness to lift heavy objects, work overtime and travel
